 Is 3003 aluminum circle suitable for making cookware? 3003 aluminum alloy is a raw material for high-end cookware, which is often used as the bottom plate in the kitchenware field, storage field or some liquid fields.

3003 aluminum discs is a commonly used Al-Mg alloy. Since it has aluminum and manganese elements, it is usually called anti-rust aluminum plate. Its weight is heavier than 1060 aluminum circle under same specifications.

It has excellent weldability by all standard methods, including gas, electric and resistance welding. GMAW and GTAW are preferred and widely used to produce structural welds. Filler alloys are usually 1100 although other alloys are possible.
