5754 aluminum sheet is a typical Al-Mg alloy containing 2.6-3.6% magnesium. The addition of magnesium precipitates Mg2Si in the matrix to provide reinforcement. Commonly used tempering states of materials include aluminium 5754 h111, H22, H12, H14, H114, etc. Al 5754 has high strength resistance, excellent atmospheric and marine corrosion resistance, excellent weldability, and is suitable for anodizing protection.
5754 aluminum coil can be used to make tank truck bodies and baffles, which can reduce the weight of tank trucks, increase load capacity, reduce fuel consumption, and reduce exhaust emissions. Moreover, 5754 aluminum plate has strong corrosion resistance and can greatly extend the service life of the tankers, so it is favored by the can manufacturing industry.

Advantages of 5754 aluminum plate
1. It has good fatigue resistance and plasticity.
2. It has good corrosion resistance and durability.
3. It has medium hardness and cold workability.
4. It has good anti-rust properties.
5754 VS 5083 Aluminum
Both 5754 aluminum plate and 5083 aluminum plate are aluminum-magnesium alloy plates. The main difference between the two is the magnesium alloy content, hardness and elongation. The magnesium alloy content of 5754 aluminum plate is around 3%, and that of 5083 aluminum plate is as high as around 4.5%.
At the same time, the hardness of 5083 aluminum plate is higher than that of 5754 aluminum plate. Of course, the price of 5083 aluminum plate is also higher. Generally, the higher the magnesium alloy content, the higher the hardness, so customers can choose 5754 or 5083 aluminum plate according to actual needs.
