In May 2021, a set of 60t/h hot mix asphalt plant has been delivered to Indonesia. It is a batch type hot mix plant. With many improved details, it is of stable working performance,which is highly appreciated by our Indonesian customers. 
These are parts of its advantages:
1.The walking platform is galvanized, which is durable and rust-proof.
2. We have imported the state-of-art CNC cutting machine to ensure cutting accuracy.
3. Haomei Machinery has complete set of raw material processing equipment, such as shearing machine, bending machine, rolling machine etc. Mechanical and highly automatic production shortens the manufacturing period and ensures reliable quality.
4. We use Automatic shot blasting machine to polish the metal surface. A clean metal surface can ensure best painting effect, which helps to extend the service life.
5. We use resistance furnace, high frequency furnace and other heat treatment equipment to do heat treatment for the gear, mixer shaft, steel parts to increase their performance and make it more wear-resistant.
6. We have a strict calculation of mixer liner position and the mixing tank thickness.
7. We have automatic welding platform for drying drum, of which the welding effect is smooth and even. Drying tube lining board adopts the imported Swedish steel HARDOX.
8. The control room part is equipped with the vertical high power air conditioning, not wall hanging. The control room material is made of flame retardant cotton, not ordinary sponge. The control rooms use the solid wooden doors.
